I would like an opportunity to present you with suitable

work here in Taipei, Taiwan.

My place is a penthouse suite, centrally located in Taipei on Renai Road, Section 4, Lane 345, Alley 15, 6th floor and suite # 13.

This place is totally furnished, and occupies two floors. It is large at 55 ping. It is open concept which would suite both Asian and western persons alike.

On the main floor is a spacious living room with a balcony overlooking the court yard. From the living room there is a spare bedroom with built-in desk and cupboards. There is a dinning room which flows off the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is western designed with a full stove (oven) and a balcony which contains your laundry facilities.

Down the hall there is the main bathroom complete with enclosed shower. Next to the bathroom you have a spacious master bedroom large enough for a king size bed. It has several built-in closets and cupboards. Off the master there is an ensuite which comes complete with a shower and bath tub.

The second floor is very large with lots of natural lighting and may be divided with an accordion wall. There is another bathroom upstairs with a shower. Off this floor is the entrance way to not one but two garden areas. The lower garden area is set up for entertaining with a barbeque. The upper garden area provides a beautiful view of the area and a good view of building “101”. Both areas are low maintenance, with some bushes planted.

Each bedroom has its own air conditioner, as well as the dinning room and living room.

The building has 24 hour security and if needed one parking spot; which is an additional fee.

The suite is rented on a year to year lease. The price is negotiable; but is in the range of $NT70, 000 to $NT75, 000, but a discount may be provided if rent if paid for full year in advance.

This place has been rented out in the past to many foreign companies’ employees; as far away as USA, Germany and Australia. Due to the size it would be large enough to accommodate more than one employee at a time.
